This course is aimed to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills required to:

    * Develop an answerable question using the PICOS framework
    * Search and extract data from reports of observational studies and clinical trials
    * Summarize results in narrative and statistical formats
    * Critically assess the risk of bias of observational and experimental studies
    * Perform analysis using Cochrane RevMan 5 software
    * Create transparent forest and funnel plots
    * Describe and interpret the results of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis
    * Evaluate the effectiveness of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis by using 
        GRADE framework

      * Basic knowledge of statistics and study design
* Having an interest in completing a systematic review or meta-analysis

      * Covers both observational and experimental studies systematic reviews and meta-analysis
* Hands-on session on RevMan and GRADE
* Learning by doing
* Interactive sessions with real-life examples and data
