Mission & Vision:
To promote Evidence Based Medicine in delivering health care in the Department of Medicine and at King Abdulaziz Hospital with a long term plan to distribute the evidence based health care insight in the region.
To ensure that the evidence based health care will be implemented.

| 2 | To incorporate the concept of EBM in the process of health care decision making. |
| 3 | To coordinate EBM scientific activities locally and participate in the EBM courses and conferences. |
| 4 | To teach EBM to all health care professionals. |
| 5 | Supervise trainee in journal club, morning round and answering searchable questions in EBM format. |
| 6 | To supervise the trainees during their learning process of EBM. |
